Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Offer:
• We offer free shipping to the Continental United States and the UK on all orders over $150.
• Exclusions: Free shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. Additional exclusions may apply for remote areas within the UK.
International Shipping:
• We provide fast international shipping using FedEx.
• Order processing takes approximately 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on your order total, destination, and FedEx rates.
• Each shipment includes a complimentary gift-box for the belt.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Damages and Loss:
• If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
General Policy:
• We strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.
• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 20 days of receipt.
• Notify us via email before returning or exchanging any items, including the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for return or exchange.
• Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Custom Items:
• Custom embroidered belts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For Returns:
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, excluding shipping costs.
• Refunds are processed within 4-8 days after items pass our quality check and are credited to the original payment method.
For Exchanges:
• Items eligible for exchange must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
• No restocking fee is charged for exchanges, but a re-shipping fee will apply.
